Gerry McFadden

Gerry has been involved in the civils industry for over 25 years, with extensive experience in the earthworks, drainage, and construction industries. Having gained substantial experience and contacts throughout the industry, Gerry started his own company in 1993 which has grown into the subcontracting organisation it is today.

Gerry is personally involved in all projects and has gathered a team of experienced staff to ensure every project is completed efficiently and to our customers' satisfaction.

Mary Rose McFadden

As company secretary, Mary Rose ensures an overall smooth running of the company.

John Forster

John is the accounts manager, handling financial and administration matters.

Martin Colleran

A quantity surveyor with over 20 years experience in the civils industry, Martin has worked with McFadden's for nearly 10 years. Martin ensures the contract administration for each project is complete to our customers' satisfaction.

Jim Woods

With more years than he cares to remember within the civils industry, Jim is our Safety Manager. Ensuring that all works are completed safely, with as little risk to our workforce and others, Jim is an integral part of the McFadden team.

Kevin Edwards

A Site Supervisor with ample character, Kevin ensures the day to day operations are completed correctly, in accordance with all methods statements and risk assessments, to the main contractors programme. Kevin's energy and dedicated attitude ensures each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
